Institute
Research, methods and practical inquiry for decisions that shape businesses, industries and institutions.
Start with a question that matters
The KeynesMoore Institute brings together strategic intelligence, decision science and applied research. Its focus is the connection between a changing environment and the choices an organization needs to make: where to invest, which capabilities to develop, what risks to monitor and when to change direction.
A useful research question has a decision attached to it. Understanding the adoption of artificial intelligence, for example, requires examining the work being changed, the economics of deployment and the responsibilities that remain with people. The Institute approaches these questions across business, technology and institutional boundaries.
Connect evidence, analysis and application
Our work follows three connected paths. Research examines structural changes and competing explanations. Applied methods turn those findings into frameworks, scenarios and analytical tools. Publications and learning make the reasoning available for discussion, challenge and use.
The aim is to make assumptions visible, distinguish evidence from interpretation and identify what would change a conclusion. The KeynesMoore Academy extends this approach into learning focused on professional and organizational decisions.
